found in Reno, Nevada, these tags were on various objects, walls, and rocks near the south end of the river walk. I think I took these early summer of 2019 but I walked the river daily so I saw them often. Most if not all these tags are covered now, I don't live there anymore and for how small Reno is I never found out who Sabrina Hamlin was

this is one of the few maybe the only tag where they left their initials. Maybe it was R. L. Stine behind the cryptic river graffiti, who knows
even random objects like this was tagged on. I kept this and threw it away after 6 months after because i fet like it was cursed
